A FATHER'S UNWAVERING RESOLVE
SIX YEARS OF PERSEVERANCE. HOW MUCH CAN A FATHER CARRY?
For approximately six years, I have lived through exhausting family-law proceedings involving my twin sons. The filings, court appearances, legal expenses, time away from earning a living, and ongoing financial obligations have taken a tremendous toll.
I am deliberately not sharing private case details or accusations here. My children deserve privacy, and this page is not a request for anyone to choose sides. But I will not pretend that the financial consequences have been small.
Another legal expense. Another day of work disrupted. Another attempt to recover. Another setback.
Again and again, I have tried to rebuild. Again and again, the accumulated financial demands have made that harder.
And I keep coming back to the same painful question:
How much financial hardship can a family endure while navigating years of legal proceedings involving the children they love?
From where I stand, the financial reality of years of litigation can take an enormous toll on a family, even when a parent remains committed to doing everything possible for their children. I know that toll because I have lived it.
A CHILD'S RELATIONSHIP WITH A LOVING, PRESENT FATHER SHOULD NEVER BE MEASURED BY THE MONEY LEFT IN THAT FATHER'S BANK ACCOUNT.
My sons are not case numbers. They are not a dispute. They are my children—precious lives entrusted to me by Almighty God.
EIGHTEEN YEARS OF CHILDHOOD SHOULD BE ABOUT RAISING CHILDREN, NOT EXHAUSTING FAMILIES THROUGH YEARS OF LEGAL CONFLICT.
My twins are only six years old. They have twelve more years before adulthood.
I do not know what those years will bring. I do not know whether there will be more proceedings, more legal expenses, or more difficult seasons. I am not predicting any outcome or speaking for anyone else.
But I know what the past six years have cost me.
I know what it feels like to watch savings diminish while the responsibilities of fatherhood continue every single day. I know the toll it takes to work toward stability while wondering what the next legal expense might be.
I do not want another year—or another child—to be defined by the cost of conflict. I want my boys to grow up knowing their father loves them, shows up for them, and never stopped striving to build a stable home.
I am committed to that. I am asking for help because that commitment has never changed.
NOW MY ENTIRE FAMILY FEELS THE FINANCIAL PRESSURE.
My beautiful wife is preparing to give birth in approximately two weeks. After nearly five years together, we are about to welcome another precious son into the family we have built with love and faith.
This should be a season of joyful preparation. And it is joyful—but it is also the most financially difficult season of my life.
Our household is carrying the accumulated burden of years of legal and other obligations while we face ordinary expenses that never stop: housing, utilities, groceries, transportation, and everything a growing family needs.
The money spent over these years is money I cannot now use to give my wife and children the financial breathing room I had hoped to give them.
I have worked. I have sacrificed. I have built businesses. I have tried to recover. I am still working, still creating, and still doing everything I can to meet my responsibilities.
But the truth is simple, and it is difficult to say publicly:
THE FINANCIAL STRAIN OF THESE YEARS HAS SUBSTANTIALLY DEPLETED THE SAVINGS AND FINANCIAL RESERVES I WORKED SO HARD TO BUILD. I CONTINUE WORKING, PURSUING OPPORTUNITIES, AND MAKING EVERY EFFORT TO FULFILL MY FINANCIAL AND PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES. BUT I URGENTLY NEED HELP REBUILDING OUR FAMILY'S FINANCIAL STABILITY.
I remain committed to my sons, my wife, and the responsibilities I carry every day. I am asking for support to strengthen our household's financial stability while I continue working to rebuild our savings.
GOD GAVE ME TALENTS. TODAY, I AM USING THEM TO ASK FOR HELP.
Those of you who know me know God has blessed me with many gifts and talents. One of those gifts is advanced database programming, software development, and website design.
For years I have created websites, built complex systems, solved problems, and used those abilities to work, serve, and provide for my family. Those are not skills I have abandoned. They are the skills I am using right now.
I considered creating a GoFundMe campaign. But I wanted a more personal way to reach people and to avoid an additional fundraising-platform commission, so that as much assistance as possible can go toward our family's needs. Ordinary payment-processing or banking fees may still apply.
So I turned to my background in advanced database programming and website development and decided to create my own personal fundraising website.
You are reading it right now.
This page is not connected to GoFundMe. It is not a business collecting donations for profit, and it is not a registered charity. It is simply a father using the abilities God gave him to ask for help when his family needs it most.
I never imagined that one of the most important websites I would ever build would be the one where I would have to ask others to help me keep my own family standing.
But here it is. And here I am.
MY STRENGTH REMAINS IN GOD.
I am a Christ-centered father. I believe the family is sacred. I believe fatherhood is a God-given responsibility. And I believe the enemy seeks to divide and conquer, to rob families of peace, strength, and unity.
The Word of God tells us to find our strength in the Lord and to take up the sword of the Spirit—His Word (Ephesians 6:10–17, expressed in everyday language).
SO HERE I STAND.
With the breath of Almighty God still within me.
Clothed in the armor of God, holding His Word as my sword.
Holding tightly to the hand of Holy Mary, the powerful Mother of God, with her Rosary in my hand, asking for her loving and protective prayers over my wife and sons.
Under the fatherly protection of Holy Joseph, guardian of the earthly home of Jesus Christ.
Calling upon the heavenly prayers and protection of Holy Michael, Holy Gabriel, and Holy Raphael, under the authority of Almighty God.
And above all, placing my wife, my four sons, and our future into the hands of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior.
MY FINANCES ARE EXHAUSTED. BUT MY FAITH IS NOT.
I have not stopped loving my sons. I have not stopped loving my wife. I have not stopped working for our future.
THESE YEARS MAY HAVE DRAINED MY SAVINGS. THEY MAY HAVE EXHAUSTED RESOURCES I WORKED SO HARD TO BUILD. BUT THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN AWAY MY LOVE FOR MY CHILDREN.
TODAY, I AM ASKING YOU TO HELP MY FAMILY.
The Bible reminds us to help carry one another's burdens (Galatians 6:2, expressed in everyday language). Today, I am asking for a helping hand as I work to recover from a financial burden that has taken years to accumulate.
OUR INITIAL FUNDRAISING GOAL IS $10,000.
This fund would help strengthen our family's financial stability as we continue managing housing, utilities, groceries, transportation, and preparations for our newborn, while I work to rebuild the savings depleted by years of financial strain.
I am not asking for luxury or extravagance.
I AM ASKING FOR HELP SO THE FINANCIAL COST OF THESE YEARS DOES NOT UNDERMINE THE STABILITY I AM WORKING SO HARD TO BUILD FOR MY FAMILY.
If you are able to give $10, $25, $50, $100, or any amount you can comfortably afford, please know it would mean more to us than words can express. Please never give beyond your own means.
I AM NOT ASKING YOU TO RESCUE ME FROM FATHERHOOD. I AM ASKING FOR HELP SO I CAN CONTINUE FULFILLING IT.
YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS TO ME.
Every gift is anonymous to the public by default. The public supporter timeline may show an entry as “Anonymous Supporter” with only the Eastern calendar date—not the exact time. Your name and gift amount will remain private unless you explicitly ask me to share them.
If you want your name displayed beside your donation, please reach out through my Contact Me page. I will personally verify your request and confirm exactly what you want displayed before changing anything.
If you would prefer that even an anonymous dated entry not appear, please contact me before giving so I can arrange that. Exact transaction timestamps are kept in private administrative records, not in the public list.
If you provide contact details, I would like to personally email you to say thank you. Your information is not shared on the public page without consent, though payment providers and legal obligations may require private access to records.
Your privacy deserves respect. Your kindness deserves my heartfelt gratitude.
AND IF YOU CANNOT GIVE, PLEASE PRAY.
I know many families are carrying burdens of their own. If a financial gift is not possible, please pray for my six-year-old twin sons, our young son at home, our unborn baby boy, and my beautiful wife as she prepares to give birth.
Pray that Almighty God will give me wisdom, strength, continued opportunities to work, and the ability to keep building the life my family deserves.
THIS IS A FATHER'S UNWAVERING RESOLVE.
I do not know what tomorrow will bring. I do not know what the next twelve years will hold. I do not know every challenge that may still be ahead.
BUT I KNOW WHAT THE LAST SIX YEARS HAVE COST ME.
I am putting aside my pride and admitting that I need help. Not because I have surrendered. Not because I have stopped trying. Not because I am unwilling to work.
BUT BECAUSE I HAVE PERSEVERED, WORKED, SACRIFICED, AND REACHED THE HARDEST FINANCIAL POINT OF MY LIFE.
I have four sons who need their father. I have a beautiful wife who needs her husband. I have a family that needs financial help during a difficult season.
I am still here. With my back against the wall. With the breath of Almighty God within me. With faith firmly rooted in Jesus Christ. And with a father's love that no legal bill or financial setback can ever take away.
I AM NOT ASKING ANYONE TO TAKE MY PLACE AS A FATHER. I AM ASKING FOR A HELPING HAND AS I CONTINUE SHOWING UP FOR MY CHILDREN AND WORKING TO KEEP MY FAMILY STANDING.
From the bottom of my heart, PLEASE HELP MY FAMILY TODAY.
This is my story. This is my plea. This is a father's unwavering resolve.
With faith in God, love for my family, and heartfelt gratitude to every person willing to help.
